Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never store your Google password. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Google User Data

Mawaidi accesses certain Google user data when you connect your Google account. We are committed to handling this data responsibly and in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

• We access your Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) for account creation and authentication
• We access your Google Calendar data to check your availability and create calendar events for confirmed bookings
• We use Google Meet to generate video conferencing links for your scheduled meetings
• We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties
• Your Google data is used solely to provide and improve Mawaidi's scheduling functionality
• Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information or Google user data with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Your data may only be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

• With meeting participants, limited to the booking details necessary for the scheduled meeting (such as your name and meeting time)

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can disconnect your Google account at any time through the Integrations page in your dashboard, which will revoke our access to your Google data and remove your calendar data from our service.
