Description of Service

Mawaidi is a scheduling platform that allows you to share your availability and let others book meetings with you. We integrate with Google Calendar and Google Meet to provide seamless scheduling.

User Accounts

You must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication to use Mawaidi. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• You may not share your account with others

Google API Usage

Mawaidi uses Google API Services to provide calendar integration features. By connecting your Google account, you agree to the following:

• Mawaidi accesses your Google Calendar data solely to check availability and create events for confirmed bookings
• Your Google user data is not shared with, transferred to, or disclosed to any third parties
• You may revoke Mawaidi's access to your Google data at any time through the Integrations page in your dashboard
• Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mawaidi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Intellectual Property

The Mawaidi name, logo, and all related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Mawaidi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed meetings or scheduling conflicts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with a new effective date.
